Ripoff, told me they would send me envelopes to stuff and mail, got packet they want me to pay to advertise to get people to send envelopes to me

They sent me information saying that i would be paid for every envelope that I mailed in advance.
When I got the packet they told me I have to pay to advertise in newspapers, or hand out flyers, or other advertising methods. And that my advertisements would draw people to send me self addressed and stamped envelopes and then I would have to send them to WLP.
That was not described to me at all in the information packet.
In order for me to get my money back I have to write to ten other companies and get turned down for work.
