Discriminates against pregnant women

I was hired with the company knowing I was pregnant. One day I came in and my breast leaked some to where the front of my shirt was a little wet. A male co - worker saw this and went to the boss saying he was completely offended! I was called in to the office and was told to never let that happen again, and wasn't let out to pick up a new shirt or pads!

Shortly after pregnancy symptoms becoame obvious I strted getting written up for things like not checking a box when I put an x instead!

A few weeks later I fell of a wet floor in the bathroom and hurt my back. An accident report was filed and I went on comp, but the company keeps denying me saying my back pain was related to my pregnancy and saying why didn't I get x rays? I WAS PREGNANT! You can't get x rays! I have my General Practioner backing me up my OBGYN, Chiropractor, and pyhsical thearapist as well. I have been out of work and in P.T. Going on six months and they still won't pay! H.R. Won't call back to discuss my returning and I think they are waiting for the 6 month mark because then they don't have to hold my position and I won't have a job. Who knows how long that will be? They are trying to make it sound like I purposely fell so I could get money while on leave at least that is what my lawyer tells me they are going to make it look like. Why would I do that I am a single mother that made responible provisions for maturnity leave before I ever even started to show!

It feels like they are trying everything to get rid of me, maybe just because I have kids and am now not as flexable with my schedule, who knows? Or maybe it was just because I was pregnant.
