Ripoff, i lost my home ad family

I was told my loan with nationwide credit group was a garuanteed even sent it to me in writing. Come to find out I was wrong the swindled 2000.00 out of me and told me I would get a refund. Never received the refund look up the address and found that it was an office building but they did not reside there the phone numbers are unlisted numbers and no one is returning any of the messages that I have left.

I have contacted the authorities in my state of michigan and in minnesota and spoke with the manager for the building that they have as listed address. I was told that I could file a civil suit and they could file felony charges but what good is going to do me, my house is in jeopardy and my motherlost her social security money.

I have learned a valuable lesson I will never give money to get money ever again, rather it is a car, credit card, loan anything. I just won't have.
