The Free holiday scam that costs $1050 Ripoff

I received a phone call fro0m Best USA Vacations late at night on 8th March telling me I had won a free Holiday with spending money that would be transfered to me via VISA. The next day I discovered Best USA Vacations had debited my account by $1050. On 20th March I received a holiday pack with a Customer Reference.included in the pack was a confirmation of purchase form which the accompanying papers assured me afforded 30 days in which to cancel any purchase action.

I emailed the company on 27th March (this was acknowledged) insisting my money be returned forthwith. On the same day I returned by Recorded Mail the orginal contract document as required by the company. I have proof the document was delivered promptly.

I subsequently received a phone call teling me I was now required to return the whole advertising pack within 72 hours (I am in thye UK and this period included the Easter Bank Holidays) or my money would not be refunded. This was and is not a legal requirement within the terms and conditions (Clause 8) disclosed by the company and as specified under Florida State Law.

By recorded email I have given the company a further 7 days in which to respond and refund my money - they have failed to do so!

This company should be debarred from trading with Florida State Authentication. This company should be debarred from access to the VISA banking system. This comapny stinks!
