Hi we are a very poor family here in denver, colorado and we needed to get a pay day loan to feed our 3 kids, all of a sudden we looked about a week or two later after looking for a pay day loan online and saw there was a charge on our checking account for 159.95 we have never ever authorized such a transaction. Well thanks to EDP we had 170.00 in the account to last us till our next pay day and now we have $10.00 I've tried calling them on the toll fee 800 number and there is no answer, I've tried logging on the internet to do a live chat they never come on line, I sent an email and some guy named Marc replies that we authorized to pay 159.95 for a debit card. Why would anyone pay for a debit card when your able to get it free from your bank. What should we do?
