Financial Services illegal repossession procedures to completely rip-off its consumers

While I was overseas in Europe, Triad (aka Roadloans.com) came to my house and repossessed the car at around 3am, according to my parents. As stated before, I was given no notice of a missing payment at all via paper, email or phone. I've heard that it's illegal for them to repossess without contacting the client multiple times. Also, it may be illegal for the impound/towing company to take the car outside fo normal business hours.
They moved the car from one impound to another and then another, which accrued fees. I wonder if that is illegal as well.

On top of that, the impound company took all my possesions from inside the car and eventually charged a handling fee plus rental fee/day for holding personal property.

While in Europe, I had to find a U.S. Consulate General to notarize a Power of Attorney so that my parents could handle the matter as much as possible in my absence from the U.S. I also had to DHL the letter for next day service. The whole process cost me over $100USD and was horrifically distressing.

Upon returning to the states, I find that the jerks who repossessed the car broke the latch to the glove compartment and so now I must pay fees to fix that as well. Triad claims no responsibility for property taken a/o damaged but all this would have never happened were it not for them.

The whole situation has snowballed into this huge hydra. It just seems like Triad and the impound company are scheming together to make extra money off its clients. I'm completely overwhelmed and broke. Hopefully this lawsuit does goes through and I hope my case can be a part of correcting the horrible practices of this company.
