Deadbeat dad

This is being written to inform everyone of this deadbeat dad. This person has not paid child support for almost one year, he has two warrants out for his arrest. One is for contempt of court for child support and the other is because he failed to show up for court. These two warrants have an 11 thousand dollar cash bond, and his license has been suspended.

This person had a job paying one thousand dollars a week. He quit this job so he wouldn't have to pay child support. He then took on a job working for the carpenters union. Because he is working for the union, Support Enforcement can't track down his employer to have payments garnished from his checks.

Joseph Giovengo has a serious gambling problem which has caused him to file bankrupcy (for the second time). His truck was reposessed by a title loan company for failure to pay on a loan. Because of this, he went out and bought a used car at a Toyota dealership. After only about four weeks, this car was also taken. Since then, he has gone to a "rent to own" dealership to get a car to back and forth to work.

For the last two months he has been drawing unemployment. How can you collect unemployment when you quit a job? By the time I found out about this, he went back to work for the carpenters union.

I have sent the Police to his home to arrest him, but he will just stay in the house and not come out until they leave the property. No matter what I do, it seems as though he gets away scott free, nothing happens to him. He a responsability to his two children and now to the State.

I need in getting some type of justice. I bought a home for me and my two children, that I am now having to rent out because I can't afford the note and mothly utilities. I work one full-time job during the day, and a part-time job at night and have had to move back into my parents house to make ends meet. I do all of this for my family and he can't even keep one job and pay something in childsupport, he has even remarried and she works but he doesn't. Something is very wrong with this picture.
