Ordered phentermine, paid and not received Internet

I ordered Phentermine diet pills from safetrustprocessing on 4-11-06, it is 4-30-06 and have been paid for and not received. I keep trying to contact them and all I get is a recorded reply from donotreply@safetrustprocessing.com. I do not have a phone number to contact them. I have ordered from other companies before and had no problem. Now I am going to try and get my debit card credited, and since it is tied with my checking account, I hope I do not have a problem. I have seen several complaints posted under phenterminatsafetrustprocessing, not that I am looking for them, I am also reporting them to the BBB. This kind of thing should not be allowed.
