Ripoff, scam, unauthorized charges to credit card

PetsUnlimited.com is a ripoff. I subscribed to their service and then cancelled it. I was charged $25 to my credit card without my being notified.
It is impossible to reach them. They have no legitimate contact information. Their phone number 703-391-1771 just rings and is never answered. Email is not answered.
I get spam email from them everyday requesting an upgrade. I can't cancel my account because it is inactive. I have to pay to activate it.
Don't do business with them.
