Ripoff Very sickb diseased Cocker Puppy. Congenital-Seller not available for her return policy. Legal action is started

I brought my children to see the puppies/chose a puppy on a day when FIVE other couples were present to chose puppies. My children waited for over 3 hours from the start of the process to finish. Animal filth-throughout. I loved the little man we adopted on her "payment plan". We paid 100.00 down. When we got home, we reported to her that the puppy was vomiting non stop and was very lethargic. She instructed me to "go get some ALPO and some Pedialyte". I got the Pedialyte, but opted for more quality food than her Alpo idea. As each day went on, my little Oliver declined. I am a nurse. I am not a dummie. I called her back and said that my puppy was in trouble. She said "Bring him back in the morning and I will give you a new one". (I have emails to show our communication if requested). I called her at Oliver's worst moment and I was told that she was "out of town" and that she could not be reached for my puppies needs. I took him into the vet and they told me that Pat was well known for congenitally diseased pups. I ended up paying 990.00 for IV fluids since Pat was not available during the first few days as her guarantee stated. I called constantly. Her "helpers" ended up calling me back stating "I saw your number on our caller ID... You must be looking for a puppy!". I tried and tried to get her cooperation for my little guy and paid THOUSANDS in the end. I have sought legal council and will persue her crazy puppy mill until there is additional monitoring of places like hers. She states that this is her full time business, however, she is a social worker at a local assisted living. She is overwhelmed and not able to keep up with her business. I will not pay any more on this puppy since her diseases cost me over 2,000. Buyer beware... Do you have this type of budget? My little Oliver ended up with C-Diff which was a risk to ALL of my family and ALL of our animals. This resulted from the ongoing medication/antibiotic need for the infection. Please don't end up like us... We just lost a puppy and bought one from Pat. She continues to send bills and I will tell her "You are nuts to persue payment if you sell diseased pups and have no follow thru with the guarantee!" SHE is the lemon as far as puppy millers go.
