Company that makes false promises! Ripoff

It all started one day in March, when i went online to a job site and decided to get a job, after sending an email, literally 20 minutes later I had received a phone call from a marketing firm scheduling me for an interview. After the first interview which took under 10 minutes I was immediatley scheduled for a 2nd one for the next day, it seemed a bit strange to me to be called back so quick but i decided ok lets give it a shot.

On my second interview they paired me up with a girl who seemed very serious but yet down to earth, we talked she went over the program of the company with me, and then i was taken back upstairs to talk to the manager who then hired me right away and told me to be in the office at the morning the next day... I soon started training which was five days, where i was taken out by different individuals of the company learning about the company and what i was expected to do and complete.

Soon then after I went out on my own, made sales, went through a couple of rough patches but still kept my head up high, and soon went into leadership... Which let me tell u all of this was unpaid... I mean at least offer a commission for people busting thier butts outside in the streets everyday. As i started to become more part of the office, and attending different meetings, and meeting new people.

I soon learned about the office and how dramatic it was and how unethical the people of the company actually were, where in order to become an assistant manager and own ur own company, u had to become very close with the manager, in many different meanings. This company promises u an office in 6-9 months but really it takes about a year and half and even if u do get that far, they expect u to fall, and start right again from the beginning.

If you think that your there and the managers are not making money off of you, you have just been hit with reality because that is not the truth, this whole company is about making the manager money, and making them more powerful, and helping the leader who took your interview look good in front of others, it has no benefit to you, and all this job will do is waste your time, energy, gas and car miles.

To any college student or any person thinking about joining this company, please be aware that it is not what it said to be, you will not have your own business in the time frame they promise you, and you will not be making money, but actually spending more, and your car will be ruined, and have so much mileage that you wont have a clue what to do, so please be aware and make the smart choice and stay away from this company.
