Abusive Father & TOTAL Jackass! Ripoff

Kenneth Mason is the worst kind of father. He originally seduced his children's mother when she was 14 and he was 20 and only married her when she got pregnant at 16 (and he was 22) because her father threatened to have him arrested. He uses his two beautiful daughters to hurt their mother and her family and in the process hurts them as well.

When he and the girls' mother originally split, the girls were only 3 months old and 2 years old. Their mother was VERY young, barely out of high school, and had no way of paying for an attorney, so he manipulated her for years. Also, she didn't feel it was fair to drag them through court over and over to feed his ego. At the time she really didn't comprehend how dangerous he would be if he had the opportunity to be in control of two little girls.

Now the girls are about to turn 11 and 13 and they have been begging to live with their mother for over 2 years. At first he promised that when the older one was 12 she could "talk to the judge" about it, but when that time came he refused to consider it.

When the girls were 9 and 11, the maternal grandparents caught him in his boxer shorts and his older daughter nude in the living room in the middle of the day when they visited unexpectedly. They only saw this because the younger daughter let them in as she was leaving the house to play. He became angry and ordered them out, then let them back in after he and the 11 year old got dressed. Child Protective Services' response to this was "they couldn't prove anything was wrong".

Even the fact that the 11 year old is 5 feet tall and only weighs 75 lbs... And he sends her to bed hungry so she "won't get fat" doesn't seem to matter to the authorities.

This was not the first nor the last instance where he has been caught in situations that at least appear inappropriate. Even the courts feel that there is a distinct possbility that this scuzz-ball is abusing the girls, but they won't do anything about it because the mother doesn't have enough money for an attorney due to the amount of child support she pays (and pays regularly, I might add).

Another important fact is that this abusive man with tendencies toward pedophilia is in charge of a YOUTH GROUP (VERY YOUNG CHILDREN) at his church.

If anyone has any resources to help us get these poor girls from this loser, please let me know. I'm open to any LEGAL suggestions.
