Ripoff

I was called later last year with the company saying that according to their records i was in need of toner. I was new here so i said ok and when i was billed the price was outrageous! I said i wanted a return and they said they would take half back and would ship the other half next year. Well last week they finally shipped the other half without my confirmation and we did not want it and wanted a return. They claimed they dont take returns and our bill was overdue. If we did not pay our bill they were taking us to collections. I dont get why we could not just send them back and let it be. We have not heard from them since, and i now know why, they are a ripoff! I found toner on another site for $30!! It is the same product. Do not accept anything from this company! They are a scam!!! Whatever you end up recieveing from them just send it back right away!
