Star Alliance - National Government Grant Services Ripoff Zanesville Ohio I received a phone call stating that a company had scammed me and had been caught so I would be getting my money back, instead $299.00 was deducted from my bank account

I received a call from a company by the name of Star Alliance (aka Ngs National Grant Services ripoff-Zanesville Ohio), that a company that I had done business with in the past had been caught for fraudulent activity, and I would be receiving a police report in the mail all I had to do was review the report, sign it and return it to them. I was told that I would be receiving $299.00 within the next 15-30 days, instead my account was ripped off for the $299.00, which overdrew my account and caused me to open a new one because of the fraudulent activity that this company caused. I was ripped-off for money that I didn't even have. Which ticked me off more than I had ever been. The number came up as "unknown name/number." I got the number to call from my bank when I called to see why my account was overdrawn, but there was no answer (just a answering machine) talk about avoidance, it was the same everytime. So if you see this number on a bank statement 1-866-434-5946 (BEWARE!)
