Ripoff Bogus Check is drawn from Chase bank in Delaware

I received what they call a certificate stating I won money in a drawing same as others that reported. It says I won $95,000...

It goes on to say

A tax and clearance fee of $2,850.00 has been financed with the enclosed check. Kindly deposit or cash the check to pay for your tax and clearance fee. So they want the check back pretty much lol makes no sence to me... My check is made out for $2,995.50...

Lower on page is special notice pretty much telling me to keep this absolutely confidential...

I just got this in mail today and at bottom in red it says to take action before march 31st pr the refund is null and void... Not much time is it...

What a scam and darn if I couldn't really use some money too...

Oh by the way this mail was posted from Canada...

So we have a delaware Bank
A New Jersey Corporation
and a Canada postal stamp

Want to give as much info as possible so people can tell if they get one of these...
