Ripoff dishonest liars that take your money

Not sure if this company is in a store-front business, but they are operating as a PowerSeller on eBay. The way eBay is set up, there's not a whole lot that can be done when a company lies and rips you off. This company has had 30 posted negative feedbacks from people in just the last month. Their ripping people off on high shipping, misrepresenting thier items, and in my case they sent a defective item and I never received my refund after returning it to them. They are right on top of retaliation to all the negative and neutral feedback they receive, but when there's a problem their customer service people are no where to be found. They have a million excuses for everyone who has a complaint and avoid direct questions from buyers. I purchased 24 Heart Gold wedding favor boxes from them and paid on Jan. 23rd. When they arrived, they were defective with dents, cracks, bubbles and creases all over them. The total on the order was $26.45. After quite a runaround, they agreed to give me a refund but weren't very clear on where I should send them back to. Finally got a straight answer and out in the mail they went. I have the receipt from the PostOffice showing they went back on Feb. 6th. They still have not given my refund on March 26th, and are avoiding any response to me. I wish something could be done to stop companies from getting away with practices like this, but unfortunetly it seems there isn't. There's alot of angry people out there right now who have dealt with this company through eBay and still they are allowed to keep doing it.
