Some truth would be put into the picture that Tony Rose wasn't involved int the development of OTR.

It was actually an idea that a trucker developed and gathered all the information spark interest in others. It was put on a table in front of a friend and the that is how it was started.

Mr. Underwood believed at that point that two men in boat was foolish. That OTR Media should be launched to compete with the big boys of advertising.
