Ripoff workers comp insurance for drivers tip money

The week before Christmas 2005 I was robbed during a delivery. I was strucked in the head from behind. I have been to the Hospital for my head and was told it will be workers comp. Here it is now February and not heard or seen a check. On February 20 I was in an accident during a dilevery struct by another vehicle (T bone). And was rushed to the Hospital in the ambulance. And that was a workers comp and have not seen or heard about a check. My managers and Area Manager said that the paper work has been feel out and sent.

I ask my Area Manager if they have insurance for the drivers incase anyone like me were in an accident. He said he did'nt know and will find out for me. He never did call me back. I called Pizza Hut and ask for one of the managers to see what is going on. They put me on hold from 5 to 10 minutes. I call back and get hung up on. I finally talk to one of the managers and ask if there are any insurance for the drivers and she said "no".

I have to pay the bill for the ambulance and $1000 deductible for the total rental car. The days I work I get a bank which is $15, for drivers to make change for customer on their order during deliveries. At the end of the day we keep some of the money base on how many deliveries we took. I always get shorted out. When I come back from deliveries to be cashed out, I don't get the correct change back.

I tell my manager so she give me the correct change. I thought that it was just an accident. But it constantly happen all the time. At the end of the shift I was always short fom my Bank to my tip money. I go to my manager and tell her. She try to explain to me how it works, but I watch and ask the other drivers if that has ever happen to them. They said no.

They never payed attention. One day a driver was in front of me getting his tip and bank at the end. I did more diliveries than he did and I got less. And then realize on some nights when they come up short in the register (s), they use the drivers money to cover them up. And pockect our money. One other driver came to me about the same thing.

So, I went to the Area manager and talked to him. He said he will talk to her about the situation. It never happen.
