Police Officer - Jason Amell ripoff This cop got beat up by an 18 year old kid!

Tupper Lake has some serious issues and just one in recent months was the stealing of $130,000 cash of the Fortier family, in which many youths were involved in the spending.

Keaton Fortier was implicated along with Brad Eggsware. $60,000 has been uncounted for and it appears that the youths and their girlfriends went on a spending spree.

The girls went to the mall, while the boys bought atv's, and electronics. Well, the people were arrested and brought to court. Brad Eggsware was released and awaiting court when he was caught violating his probation while drinking underage.

The two Police Officers, being Tracy Sanford (Goff) went in for the arrest and Eggsware seemed co-operative but than became violent and struck Officer Amell several times in the face causing some damage. Amell was apparently kicked by some youths at the scene while he was down. The officer suffered a broken nose, and multiple contusions. It is also said Officer Tracy Sanford pepper sprayed some young females at the scene.

Brad Eggsware was apprehended in Plattsburgh New York. He was found with Heather Cote of Tupper Lake, Meghan Whitley of Tupper Lake, and Erica Bath of Saranac Lake.

The Plattsburgh Police took Eggsware into custody. Brad Eggsware, 18, was already facing a 2-4 year prison term for his role in the burglary. But my REAL concern is this guy is a police officer and an 18 year old youth is able to beat him up in front of his partner. How can anyone feel safe in this community? This 18 year old boy used his fists, not weapons! Yet Police have pepper spray, billy club, a pistol, and handcuffs. If a youth can beat down an officer in front of his partner, it makes me wonder "How safe is anyone"
