Ripoff Charged for services not rendered in full. Returned and was cussed at by Adminitrato

On March 04 I went to this establishment to have our family pet treated. No further medication was given at that time. 3 weeks later, the company attempted to charge me again for the same services. I declined and asked for written perscription, they refused. I was cussed at in front of my children by the Administrator, Lauralea Thompson, and given a opened, unlabeled bottle of medication, with no instructions on it and told to get out. This clinic was very abusive and a complaint has since been filed with the Better Business Bureau.
