Jay Purcell has managed to elude the system for 18 years. I have hired a private agency to help collect back child support and they have been unsuccessful. I need help. Im willing to give a percentage of whats collected of the $ 72,000.00. I believe this is a hidius crime and could carealess if he spends time in jail for what he has done. Something needs to be done.
