Lie about when they sent bill, change payment prices, confuse me intentionally to sucker more money out of me, gave me $15.00 credit then took it back rip-off scam liars

I spoke to a man the first time I applied and he told me to send them 50 dollars and that they'll send the card to me. Before I even got the card they already sent me a late fee charge bill! Then they lied to me and told me that i probably wasn't getting the monthly bill because of my mailing area and all this anthrax stuff. Funny how all the late fee bills make it to me with not one missed but I haven't recieved not even one of the bills that should have come to me for keeping track of my record! SheriMt.
