Beware of telemarketer when selling your car

I was selling my car in my local newspaper, when all of a sudden I was getting 3-4 calls a day from 407-515-6094 on my cell phone. When you answer, it's an automated answering service that wants you to advertise your vehicle in their magazine for a fee. There is no way to tell them to put you on their do not call list, as no human is ever there.

So... If you ever get bombarded with this phone number, then call 1-877-288-6840, which is their telemarketing center, and tell them to put you on their DO NOT CALL List right away.

By the way— my number was even registered with the FCC Do Not Call list. They seem to think that because you advertise your number with your car ad in your local paper (mine was in WA state), then your number is open to telemarketing. This is simply NOT TRUE.
