Warranty Activation Center Automated call offering auto warranty extension, will not respond to do not call requests, hang up

This company has called me several times over several months. They appear to use an automated dialing system as their reps claim to not have ANY info on the person they're calling. The first couple times I chose option 2 which was supposed to remove my number from their list but that would just end the call.

After the first couple times, I chose option 1 and spoke to a human being who apologized and claimed they added my number to their do not call list. When I asked for a supervisor/call back number/physical address/website the rep would simply hang up.

This time I searched online and found the number: 877-680-3328 and when I called got an answering service for this company. I explained what happened and they transferred me to a manager for the company named: Richard. He apologized and asked for names and explained the reps will either be disciplined or fired. He also assured me he would permanently add my number to their do not call list.

I managed to get an address from him as: 2778 Cumberland Blvd, Smyrna GA, 30080. I work in a call center and at least half a dozen other people here have received the same call, several of whom don't even own a car.
