Fraud id fraud indangering my son antioch

My ex-girl friend has a chemical inbalance this is a medical fact due to her actions. Anyways after having our son she would go through very violent out bursts. This lead to child endangerment, than drug charges, and jail police keep me in custody of our son this also included smashing my rental car with her car full blast with our son in back with no car seat at 2yrs old. Anyways i seen she was making an effort to change her problems so we would work things out. This is when hell began. She was gone my son also, i reported to missing children police only to have nothing done i was called in to antioch pd where i was asked if i was 5150 ever beat any offers up what the hell is going on here well any ways she was found and forced to come back to cal to court this is after i went to oregon and won in court but far from over little did i know the police mixed my name up with someone who name is familure to mine in court i couldnt belive this report i pleaded with the judge that this is wrong i was told to bad my son allowed to go to oregon no visitation rights? Cps was after the mother what i went and confronted the officer that wrote the report he said your not the guy and said he didnt write this. This has destroyed me and i cant pull myself correct from this blow i had major panic attacks nervous break down just now iam better but iam destroyed something needs to be done my boy is all i got my ex 2 girls from prior realationship dad has custody and cps was involved with her and she was going out of state with her 2 children but cps caught her Help
