Fake lottery winning fraud ripoff your bank account Washington DC, Ontario Canada

Sent a letter with a check stating we won $250,000.00 and they have been hired to find us after 3 years. The check they sent was for $3,950 and told us to keep $950.00 and send the rest to them and they would then tell us how to get the balance of the winnings. I am Chairman of the Better Business Bureau and this scam is well documented. I tried to audio tape them and get names but they got wize to what I was trying to get out of them and stopped all comunication.
