I had been notified I had won $1,950, 000.00 and after sending numberous amounts of money for stamps of approval and paying a fee for "demurrage" because I had not responded soon enough that amount was for $2500.00. I was send a debit card from Ecobank Number (Personal Info Removed) and I am ask to pay $14,000 to EcoBank for the pin number. I probably have spent more than $10,000 to various groups for taxes, country stamps, etc and it comes down to a pin number they want $14,000 for. So beware if someone contacts you you have won a large sum of money, it is a SCAM
