Ripoffno watch, found to be unable to buy magazines, won't let out of contract glendale

I am sending this for my son Roger

He did not receive watch.

Found out later he could not afford magazine subscriptions. Tried to call and explain, they didn't care.

Tried to only pay for what they said they already paid because they said it was repaid. They said they couldn't find out because of shortage of manpower. The only thing they would do is to change the 4 year plan to 4 years.

Seeing how uncooperative, I would rather not do any bossiness with them at all. So if you can make them drop us from there billing transaction. I will try to teach my son better money management and healthier business transactions.
