Ripoff dispute charges, noncancelation

I have benn cocacted by this awful company numeroius times. The worst part they called me 6 times w/in 2hrs trying to charge my a long time ago. I have gotten very upset, they hung up on me. Well several months passed and they called me agian, not stating who they were and AlREADY had my credit card info. I called them the 1st 3 days, never got an answer, kept calling and got some stupid message from the phine like the number is too busy. I had it so i changed my number, cancelled my card, now i keep recieving letters from them saying i owed them near 200 dollars, which i am not paying. They have been harassin me for almost a yr retying to get money out of me. I am sick of it, they need to be stopped.
