Yes my name is Thomas Buffaloe. I sent in $43.00 in to First National Credit on 03/06/02 in a personal check form. I wassuppose to receive my credit card in 7 to 10 days. It is nowApril 15 and i have yet to hear one word from them. I call information and got an toll - free number 1-800-799-1003. Icalled the number and unless you have an exsisting account with them you canot reach a customer service rep. I am upset and all i want is my $43.00 back. I have contacted a laywer and we have contacted my back and found out that thecheck was cashed last month and they also told me where the check was cashed at so as of now i am in the process of trying to get my money back.
