Ripoff, took money to open a credit card, now no card an no word from them, but they got $187 of mine. Ripoff

I was contacted by First National Credit to obtain a new credit card.initation fee was $187 which they took out of my bank account electronically. I never received a credit card, or a word from them at all. Now I have no way to get in touch with them either. They no longer have a phone number, an email address or working web site. I want my $187 back.
