Fraudulent Billing. Meter maid made four tickets for the same infraction

Charged A Parking 4 Times (the Same Ticket) To Obtain A Fee Of $1028.00 For Street Sweeping. Ripoff-On 9/13/05, lacity parking charged me $110.00 four times b/c my car was in a street sweeping zone. I went to DMV to pay my ticket only to learn I owed $1028.00.

The meter maid made four tickets for the same infraction. The lacity-;parking only doubled the fine; they did not reduce to one infraction.

At this time they want to seize my auto. I had to sell my auto to avoid this situation Please read supra
