This guy sold me a maltese puppy that was sick with parasites that almost killed her. I have all the Vet papers which I sent to him showing the pup was sick. After 8 months of trying to get this guy to do the right thing (honor the Health Agreement) he is claiming now that I didn't contact him and that I should've sent the documents certified mail so he's not paying.

People like this shouldn't be able to handle animals, they just don't care and it's sad! This guy sells thru PuppyFind.com Thanks for the help!
