Deceptive slumlord and thief, ripoff

These are dishonest landlords (husband and wife). It was a month to month lease. The apartment was falling apart I moved after 5 months. When it was time for me to get my deposit they dodged me.

Ted the husband would say his wife was handling the money. She would say her husband is handling the money and finally after a month she said it's her mother building and she is responsible for the deposits.

I still haven't recieved my deposit even after I sent a notorized letter asking for my desposit or even a statement why they are withholding it.

If anyone come acroos these individuals don't lease from them. I'm still trying to get my deposit back I moved in Oct. 2005. That's bad business.
