Eceived $2129.30 for furniture that was never delivered nor was money returened Ripoff

On October 20, I went to JJJ Enterprise to purchase wto bedroom suites that was advertised in the Raleigh News and Observer. I paid Keth Byrd $2129.30 for the suites. One was in the warehouse and the other one had to be ordered. The furniture was supposed to be picked up the following week. When I called to arrange pick up and stated the funiture had not come in. I told him I had family coming in and I needed my furniture for the weekend. I had to go out and purchased more furniture. He later told me the supplier had taken my money and frozen his accounts. That he would get with his lawyers to try and get all my money and the money of the other people that were involved. He said that he wished I had paid with a credit card anit I could have did a charge back on the credit card company. He said they was going to force him in bankruptcy but all he had to do what start another company in another name. I later found out this week that he does have two places of business and the address is 5921 Triangle Drive, Raleigh.
I took him to small claims and was awarded but because he was Inc it was appealed and I went back to take the Corporations to the small claims. He had already taken the name of the business off the 6320 Angus Drive Raleigh location and the papers were not able to be served. I then contacted the Raleigh Police department, spoke with Det. Sims he states that it was not fraud he was a man that had poor business sense. He has not tried to return my money. This happen in 10/20/05.
