Ripoff Scammers Calling on cell phone and using up all my minutes do not know how they got my cell number. Will not stop calling

I do not know how these people got my cell phone number. I am on the do not call list they are continuously calling on my sell phone leaving messages because I will not pick up the phone. They are costing me money and minutes. I am furious and they will not take the hint not to call.
