Ripoff unauthorised monthly credit card charges

I have been charged for a membership - $40/month without ever heard from that company.
First they probe the account with $1 ammount and next time they charge as much as they want.
It apears on my statement as " UMG Buyersedge 4 Help / UMG MyAdvisor 4 HELP " - I googled it so I can find out what is that - hundreds of results, all about unauthorised charges...
