I had nothing but trouble with them complaining day and nite and them always paying late, later and now, not at all. I got them evicted today, the 23rd of Jan 06 with a $2,000 loss.

I'm sure they'll leave a massive amount of work for me to clean up. That is the white trash they are, after all.
