DO NOT RENT TO: Charles (Chuck) Robert Ramer & Sharen L. Hayward Ramer...
They do not pay rent. They burned down part of the shed. The house was a pigsty. 20 hours of cleaning. Do not believe anything they say. The neighbors all thanked me for kicking them out. The police were out there 6 times in less than a year. Animal Control came and took their dogs because of so many complaints. And while they werent said they didnt smoke, it took hours to wash all the cigarette smell off the walls. And butts were spread out over most of the yard. It costs $350 just to have the yard cleaned up, hedged and mowed, which was in their lease agreement. Lazy!
I wanted to warn other landlords in the Greater Nashville, Middle Tennessee area.
