I purchased a power juice in oct and I like
but there is a problem. It is not dishwasher safe
like it states in the instructions

The pusher on mine expanded and now I have to watch how I use it. I can not let it hit the blade or it shreads it

I have called twice to get a replacement part. They said the first time it was sent back to them. The second time they show no record of placing me placing an order

Today is january 19 and I have placed another order with them. This will be the third time

With no guarantee that I will get the pusher and they told me to call back in two days to see if the order was filled.
