PTI promoted to be an Inventors resource, with Licensing affiliates. Which for $9,675 can be represented by them and give me help marketing it for no more additional costs. However the market part would came after patent pending with gov.

I contacted PTI w/an idea that they researched for $695.00 showing a favorable outcome. This "Team" could not wait to get going. Sept. Feb. 2004 I was constantly recieving calls inquiring of the funds. When they got $ my phone quit ringing.

Now that I am at marketing portion, ULC sends me a contract stating they were to recieve royalties for me and 20-30 days later submit me my portion of royalties. So I will not sign. PTI and ULC are the same and I was lied to by PTI with the promises that ULC were supposed to provide me.

I requested another marketing firm represent me to PTI due to the lack of trust, and the lies on top of lies I wont take any-more. I paid this enormous amount for the marketing, then it took 2 years for someone to show me their ripoff contract. They wont get a penny more.

If anything I survived their scam and gained a priceless amount of knowledge via internet to be able to still get what they promised me at a much cheaper rate. Like 9,000 cheape
