Holding my paycheck

Okay I was an employee at Wal-mart. I got fired because they said I stole $30 worth of gift cards. I went to court and I even paid my restitution fees back. I am not allowed at Wal-Mart stores until further notice. My paycheck was supposed to get mailed out on December 29th. I even called them on that day and they told me they were mailing it out that day. Today is January 7th and I still haven't recieved my paycheck. I really don't know what to do. I even called back a couple days after the 29th and they told me all paychecks were mailed out.
