Deceptive and fraudulent sales tactics used on an unsuspecting 18 year old. Dealer refused to take 4-wheeler back unused one hour later. Ripoff

18 year old girl goes into House of Power. The salesman told her the payments would only be $50.00 per month. The salesman filled out her credit application. He listed her income at $4000.00 per month, and that she had worked for 24 months. All this was not true. She said that no one asked her income. She just graduated and only works part-time at $7.50 per hour, and is going to college. Even if she worked a forty hour week her monthly income would only be $1200.00 per month. Then the dealer charged her $1495.00 for theft insurance. This made her payment go to $99.00 per month. Now the dealership says she opted against it. So why did they still charge her? The dealership did not give her in writing the terms of the financing. They did not show her that after 24 months the 5.99% interest rate would increase, Or that the payment would balloon. The dealership charged her $ll, 162.15 for a KFX700 Kawasaki. The MFSG is only $6800.00. After she realized what they did she took it back unused one hour later. The House of Power told her all sales final! It was not titled at that time. Now, House of Power says if we pay them $2500.00 they will take the four-wheeler back. $2500.00 reward for being fraudulent and deceptive. One angry MOM! The finance company shares blame here also. No one verified income or employment. They gave a girl who is just starting out a huge credit debt. Which if not resolved will be a hardship. It's HSBC and Kawasaki Let the good times roll promotion. I called them too, all they would say is that she's 18 and legal that no one forced her to sign. This is predatory lending. This should be illegal warn your young teenagers who can't legally drink yet. That unethical business practices can ruin their credit.
