Ripoff, fraudulent & Dishonest!

Hello All,
Like of you, I ordered my shutters on 7/13/05 and was told I would have them with 6-8 weeks. It is now 12/20/05 and we still do not have our window coverings ($1,500 loss).
Up until about two weeks ago they had signs posted all over one of new construction sights, where homes were being built in my neighborhood.
I myself called to place an order on 12/9/05, just to see if they would take my money, can you guess what I was told. They stated they would be happy to send someone out to me and could almost gaurantee my blinds would be in by Christmas.
It's wrong, but we have to believe that they will not get away with this.!! I will continue to do everything I can to see that this does not happen to another family, just trying to get by.!
