Ripoff fraudulent billing

Son ordered magazines with a coupon offering free magazines. When billed, he called to cancel all subscriptions. He is receiving 2 bills for different amounts ($1034.64 and $405.88) with the same account number listed.

MSA calls and threatens collection agency action, but only voice mail is availble when we try to contact them. I requested a detailed accounting of what these charges entailed and only received a letter stating that they were pleased that we had agreed to settle the account for yet another amount ($517.32)
