Sacramento Union Newspaper/magazine won't honor 2 paid subscriptions

On August 12, I purchased 2 subscriptions to their magazine. I paid by credit card. To date I have received nothing. I have attempted to call them but one phone number was disconnected and the other (on their web site) is a computer voice answering and then hanging up. Can't get any response!
