Shaun Parson - Dave Hubbard misrepresentation ripoff Williamsburg, Virginia

I purchased a timeshare with the Fairfield Resorts in Williamsburg, Va. Oct. 2004 in the amount of $16,800.

I was told by Shaun Parson & Dave Hubbard that my plan allowed me and my family one week vacation at my choosing each year upon giving a 13 months notice, this would guarantee me of my week.

This time share is located at the Myrtle Beach Blvd. 11 Ocean Front 410 S. Ocean Blvd. Myrtle Beach, S.C. 29582.

I made it a point to review my time share plan with Mr. Parson & Mr. Hubbard before signing, this is for one week per year and if I made my reservation 13 months prior I would be guaranteed that week.

At no time did they tell me and my family that the 154000 points I purchased could not be use during the summer months of June, July or August. However, they did say that it would of my choosing.

If they had been honest about this purchased I certainly would NOT HAVE BOUGHT THIS. Who wants to spend a week at the beach in the Winter?

I very clearly recall, Mr. Hubbard asked me {in his sales pitch), when do we take your vacation and I replied that we take our vacation in the summer months because of school.

Both Mr. Parson and Mr. Hubbard led me to believe that the week was at my choosing at no time did they exclude the summer months.

I have tried several times to resolve this problem but no one is willing to anything about it. Also, Mr. Parson and Mr. Hubbard refuse to talk to me.
