Deceptive selling, billing, and misrepresentation of terms ripoff

Company has you sign the application for procesing and in no language can you find:
- term of processing contract
- termination fee (s)-they send you a Welcome packet days or weeks later and in that packet is the 36 month term and $1500.00 termination fee.
- they initially approach you about being in the right payment acceptance program and being a referral partner of a bank.

Found out the hard way that they do not fulfill their customer service promises and that they misrepresent the termination fee of $1500.00 initially at $250.00.

Were billed a monthly minimum of $25.00 and multiple transaction fees at 25 cents after just days of getting changed over. Had only $400.00 in procesing

The rep resigned recently in the face of much confusion and misrepresentaton. It was no his fault. Company identified that you sign 'em, charge 'em and that's the way the business works.

Our refund has been tabled for 4-6 weeks with little customer service resolution.

We also understand other merchants'processing funds have been held and not deposited for days-weeks on end.
