Ripoff: I borrowered $200 and sent as part of $1900 he said was needed to have the account changed over to my name. Lagos

Barrister Raymond Kalu contacted me through email; he said he got my info from the American Embassy in Nigeria, as next of kin to Wallace McGowan who was killed in an auto accident.

After talking with Mr Kalu several times over the phone which became more of my expense; he told me that I would need $1900 and to get as much as I could he would get the rest.

I explained to Mr Kalu that I would have to borrow the money, I borrowed $200 and sent it to him thru the Western Union to a Kingsley Obuchi in Lagos Nigeria.

Then he called me to say I needed $4500 to have the money ($18.5 million) which he was suppose to get half. I don't normally believe this sort of action but he had creditials.

He sent me a scanned copy of his passport, barrister certificate, and death certificate of the late Wallace McGowan; McGowan is my family name.

Usually I have good instincts about these things but some reason I couldn't tune in properly and I guess that was due to the fact that I have suffered some real financial blows.

I was desperate to believe; I truly belived that this was a true blessing sent from God. I really did get excited, I even told my chidren that God had blessed us financially. As bad as it feel I was still hoping that it could have been true.

Now I owe my friend $200 that I can not pay, due to a back injury in a auto accident I have not worked in over a year. I have applied for disability and waiting for an answer

How can I get the $200 back? Please help.
