Ripoff

I got a call on 10/28 from a man saying that he was from from a grant company and I had recived this grant for $12,400. Well I gave the man a hard time because I had been scammed before by other companies. But he assured me that this was legitimate. I told him that I wanted all his information so if I had to call back I would.

To make a long story short I gave him my information he said he was going to contact to someone else, but we got disconnected instead. But a few minutes later a woman called to verify everything. They got my name, address, phone, and account number. Today I checked my account and noticed 49.95 was withdrawn.

Fortunately the bank draft had a namae and number on it.

Now I am at the point where I want to seek legal assistance about this. If any one can assist me please let me know.
